you can either have Call-Manager-Fallback or Telephony-Service (either one) running at a time, not both together.... they both activate the CME call processing engine and having both together would confuse the phone as to which one he's supposed to register to.... Call Manager Fallback is limited in configuration and functionaility to Telephony-Service... if using Telephony-Service for SRST make sure you enable the srst-mode auto provision all command...
