Re-initialize UCCX from to bring it back to a new install... so I perform the integration with CUCM from the start...

on UCCX 7.x (windows based...), go to -> Start -> Run -> type "CET"... it will give you a warning... accept and then on the left hand side you'll have "Node Setup"... select that and set the value ont he second tab to "FRESH INSTALL"... restart UCCX Server and you should be good to go... don't do this in production... you might face lots of problems with the Agent Login Service/Single Button etc... just good for practice..
