Should it be to the device that does not accept a particular codec (like UCCX, CUE) or should it be to the device/phone making a call to the CTI RP of UCCX/CUE/...
Always add the transcoder media resource to the guy who does not understand the particular codec u'r trying to make a call with (in the case of UCCX it's the CTI Route Point... add it to a Device Pool that has a Transcoder MRG/MRGL... in the case of CUE again the CTI Route Point the phones will dial).... hope it helps...
